SALES EMPLOYEE (M/F/D)

FOR VEHICLE CARE - GERMANY-WIDE

Tasks:
• Acquisition and new customer acquisition of B2B customers (vehicle reconditioners, petrol stations and car dealerships) throughout Germany
• Expanding and maintaining existing customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
• Presentation, advice and sale of our product portfolio to potential customers
• Expert advice and creation of customer-specific solutions to meet individual requirements
• Conducting product presentations at trade fairs, factory visits and other events
• Training of vehicle reconditioners for optimal use of our products

Requirements:
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in sales
• Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of vehicle maintenance or related industries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, goal-oriented working style and high customer orientation
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area and occasional overnight stays
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Class B driving license

Telephone operator (m/f/d)

FOR ACQUISITION AS A MINIJOB

Tasks:
• Conducting telephone sales for our products in the area of ​​vehicle care and vehicle preparation
• Maintenance of address data to support sales in day-to-day business
• Identifying potential customers and arranging appointments for the sales team

Requirements:
• Experience in telephony, ideally in sales or customer service
• Good computer skills, especially in using Microsoft Office applications

Kundensupport & Content-Management (m/w/d)

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Support-Tickets, inklusive telefonischer Beratung
• Verantwortung für das Produktsortiment und Pflege des Online-Shops
• Erstellung von Werbematerialien für Events und Marketingkampagnen
• Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle und Kommunikation mit der Community
• Aufbau und Pflege von Kooperationen im Influencer-Marketing
• Analyse und Optimierung von KPIs zur Verbesserung der Customer Experience
• Telefonische Akquise von Neukunden und Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

Anforderungen:
• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise im Bereich Kundenservice, E-Commerce oder Marketing
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundensupport oder in ähnlichen Bereichen
• Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und ein ausgeprägtes Servicedenken
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Shop-Management-Systemen und sozialen Medien
• Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Kreativität und Spaß daran, mit Influencern und der Community zu arbeiten
